Every great king deserves an equally remarkable queen.

Wren Isadora is one of the foundation queens of A Velvet Claw and an important part of the future we are building. Beautiful, expressive, and full of personality, Wren brings together many of the qualities we value most in the Maine Coon breed—intelligence, confidence, beauty, and an unmistakable presence.

With her striking torbie coloring, beautiful features, and ever-growing Maine Coon coat, Wren has a look that immediately captures attention. But what makes her truly special is the personality behind it. She is curious, playful, intelligent, and wonderfully expressive—a little queen who knows exactly what she wants and is never afraid to let her family know.

As Wren matures, her health, structure, temperament, and development will continue to be carefully evaluated. She will complete all recommended health screenings before ever entering our breeding program. Future pairings will be thoughtfully selected with the goal of producing healthy, well-socialized Maine Coons while preserving the wonderful characteristics that make this breed so extraordinary.

For us, Wren is much more than a future queen. She is family, part of the foundation of A Velvet Claw, and one of the beautiful beginnings of everything we hope to build.

“Every kingdom needs a queen. Ours has Wren.”

Follow Her Journey

Wren’s story with A Velvet Claw is only beginning.

Follow along as she grows from a curious, playful kitten into a beautiful adult Maine Coon and future queen of our cattery. We look forward to sharing her growth, personality, photos, health milestones, and accomplishments along the way.

Someday, after she has matured and successfully completed all appropriate health testing, Wren may help welcome a carefully planned new generation of A Velvet Claw Maine Coons into the world.

Until then, she has a kingdom to explore, a family to keep entertained, and plenty of growing to do.

“Behind every great kingdom is a queen who knows she runs it.”
